Genrri Hosts Inaugural Talent Awards

Genrri held its first Talent Recommendation Award Ceremony in Osaka on July 25, 2025. The event aimed to recognize individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the company’s talent referral program, further advancing the development of Genrri’s internal talent recommendation system and reinforcing the corporate philosophy of “Founded on Trust, Benefiting People.”

The ceremony began with an address by Mr. Tendo Fujiwara, Director of Genrri. In his speech, Mr. Fujiwara expressed his gratitude to all employees and emphasized that talent is the cornerstone of the company’s sustainable growth.

The inaugural Talent Recommendation Award was presented to Mr. Abe Hiko, in recognition of his contributions to optimizing Genrri’s talent structure and enhancing team development.

The referred talent, Ms Tsubasa Ohara, also delivered a short speech during the ceremony, expressing her appreciation and enthusiasm for joining Genrri’s dynamic and forward-looking environment.
